1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tailflair ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tailflair is a lead generation service that connects pet owners in Greater Austinwith local dog grooming and boarding service providers. We are not a booking platform, payment processor, or service provider ourselves.

Tailflair is a lead request service. Service providers are independent businesses. We do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any provider.

3. For Pet Owners

3.1 Quote Requests

By submitting a quote request, you authorize Tailflair to share your contact information (name, phone, email) and service requirements with 1–3 matched service providers.

3.2 No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee that providers will contact you, that you will receive quotes, or that any services will be performed. All interactions, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between you and the provider.

3.3 Provider Vetting

While we verify that providers are licensed and insured, we strongly recommend that you conduct your own research, check references, and verify credentials before hiring any provider.

3.4 No Cost to Pet Owners

Quote requests through Tailflair are free. We charge providers for qualified leads, not pet owners.

4. For Service Providers

4.1 Application and Approval

Providers must apply and be approved before receiving leads. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any provider at our sole discretion.

4.2 Payment for Leads

Providers pay a per-lead fee for qualified leads. Payment terms and pricing are outlined in the provider agreement. Leads are charged upon delivery, regardless of whether the provider converts the lead into a customer.

4.3 Lead Quality

We manually review all quote requests to ensure quality. If a lead does not meet our quality standards (invalid contact info, outside service area, spam), we will provide a replacement lead at no charge. Refunds are not provided.

4.4 Professional Conduct

Providers agree to respond to leads promptly and professionally. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior toward pet owners will result in immediate removal from the platform.

4.5 Compliance

Providers must maintain all required licenses, insurance, and permits. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

TAILFLAIR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality, or safety of service providers. All interactions between pet owners and providers are at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailflair from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to bypass our spam or quality controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Tailflair are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our branding, content, or materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Providers may cancel their account at any time, but are responsible for payment of any outstanding lead fees.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
